We stayed at a hotel down a steep hill from the tram, making it convenient for exploring the city. The location was perfect, near everything we wanted to see. The room was comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view from the window. The staff were helpful and polite, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The hotel also had great facilities, including a decent kitchen and washing facilities.
We did notice a strange smell in the water, which affected our shower experience.

Great location in the old city, close to popular attractions. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in and storing luggage after checkout. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Close to shops, restaurants, and the Grand Bazaar.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. With new furniture in the rooms, basic amenities like coffee and tea, and daily cleaning, everything feels like new. The staff are very nice and helpful, providing great service. The location is near everything, and if you don't mind a walk down a steep hill from the tram, you'll enjoy the beautiful sea view from the high floors.

The view from our room on the 6th floor was fine. Despite the room not being large, it was comfortable for our long stay. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and we were grateful for the extra pillows and blankets. The hotel staff were nice and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many popular sights in Sultan Ahmed just a short distance away. the tram was conveniently located just 5 minutes from the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of restaurants and minimarkets in the vicinity of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were also pleased to find convenient parking options nearby. The location, although down a steep hill, was perfect as it was near everything and just a short walk away from the tram. the staff were great too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options.
